Looking for another friendly professional lady that works within the NHS. The large room has its own bathroom and is positioned at the top of our house. It has its own landing and comes beautiful fully furnished with king size bed, side table, desk, wardrobe, fridge, microwave and hot drinks maker. We are situated in the center of Barnstaple with a 5 minute walk from the bus station and town center. A 10min walk from the train station. We are a family of 3. We are both working professionals with a 17 year old son at College. Not forgetting our very old friendly border terrior dog.
