I have a furnished double room available and would like to find the right person for our household. Ideally this person will be in full time employment or education (Masters/PhD student), clean, tidy, responsible, respectful of other members of the household and the property itself. Working from home would be possible and a desk can be made available. The household is unsuitable for shift workers.


The kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet are shared. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The study has 2 desks and leads to the living room. There is a dining room and conservatory with decking. The house is a corner plot with good sized garden. Off road parking not available but there is ample street parking.

It is a homely, spacious and welcoming house. The room and house would suit relocators, academics or professionals. Our household is friendly and laid back with a calm and generally quiet atmosphere.
Colyton is a rural small town situated close to the coast, with Seaton, Lyme Regis Sidmouth all within easy reach. Both Exeter and Taunton are around 35 minutes drive. There are railway stations nearby at Axminster and Honiton.
