Hi I am Alistair, a professional working in the charity sector. I have a double room with a shared bathroom to rent to a professional or student. The house is 25 minutes walk to the beach in Exmouth on a quiet new development. I have one lodger who is polite and friendly and am looking for a second lodger who will fit in well with us. This is a very friendly and respectful environment which will make a great home for the right person. Ollie and I are happy to chat but there is plenty of space to enjoy tv on your own for instance and no sense of the house being too crowded.
