Lovely small double with your OWN private en-suite (no sharing!) - at an old Manor House estate making for a pretty, relaxed spot. Located on the edge of Ottery St Mary.

Great if you commute - easy access onto the A30 for Exeter & M5. Parking included.

Sharing with me (homeowner) and my 13-year-old - he's independent, social, and very well-mannered.

Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going to join our little household.
