I am a live out owner of a property (deployed with military and live in barracks) looking for a lodger. As the lodger you will have sole use of the property 95% of the time. I will visit the property periodically throughout the year for long weekends. The property is a two bedroom well furnished residence in the heart of Braunton. Private garden. Parking is on street adjacent to property. £650 a month includes WiFi, water and council tax. The lodger will be required to pay for the gas and electric that they use (bill to be provided by owner to prove usage). Additional photos of the property can be provided upon request.
Looking for professional in paid employment of any age that will take good care of the property & respect that it is a home that I have lovingly restored. Lodger will have use of one bedroom, and sole use of all communal areas for 95% of the time. The times that i visit the property will be communicated to the lodger in advance. I will require references and a deposit up front.
Room will be available from Easter (or maybe earlier tbc).
