Friendly house share in a new build which would suit professional people. The house is close to motorway , the A30 and the A38. We are also very lucky to have a train station in the estate which is about a minutes walk from the house and can get you into town in about 15 minutes, or to Exmouth for the beach in the other direction. Few miles from centre exeter good bus routes and cycle routes.
20 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive to tescos huge open lare store or aldi. There is also a business park next to Tesco with diy stores and electrical stores there too.
Sharing with 2 other people, two ladies who prefer another lady. We are looking for someone friendly and sociable to fit in to our house.
