Available from Sep 26, a large, light and airy double room. Double aspect windows. Own en suite. Situated in a large house owned and lived in by a married couple, no kids. Large garden and plenty of off road parking. Walking distance from Exmouth beach and short commute (walkable) to the train station. Tesco Metro / Coop etc all very close. Large Tesco near by.

The room has a Super-King bed, chests of drawers and plenty of hanging space. You would need to do own washing etc at home but bed linen provided and changed regularly as well as a cleaner covering the room and en suite every 1-2 weeks. You can leave clothes and personal belongings in the room over the weekend.

A quiet household, both professional and working fairly long hours. Live-in landlords both occasionally away with work so you must be comfortable in a house with one or other of couple or alone. Ideal for those working long hours or wishing to study in the evenings. No pets / children. Non-smokers.
