I have a vacancy for 2 rooms to rent.
Bedroom 1 (single) £500 per month (All Bills included)
Bedroom 2 ( Extra Large super King Room) £650 per month (All Bills Included). Would consider a rental to a couple for £800 per month)
The house is an old cottage with modern features. The price regardless of room includes use of all of the property, shared living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, utility room, dining table, open fire, on street parking, Hot tub, large gardens for bbqs and social gatherings (at reasonable hours) The costing includes gas and electricity, super fast WiFi.
I’m a Scottish male aged 31 and I currently live in the property. It’s a smoke free home, no loud music at irregular hours, a clean, respectable individual, (gender is irrelevant) will be welcome here. A small dog lives here. I’m very easy going and I work most of the time. I enjoy being social but also enjoy time to myself. Being able to tidy up after yourself is very important.
The tenant must be able to provide a character reference & pay the holding deposit fully refundable as per contract on leaving. I would consider renting the large room to a couple but must be prior discussed.
Long term let preferred but would consider a short term rental.
Friendly and easy going people with a sense of humour is a must!
