I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I am taking part in a study abroad program next year.

The flat is very spacious and is already furnished, including a washing machine. It is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a pantry, and a bathroom. The bedroom for rent is great, it has carpeted floors, a double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, drawers, and plenty of shelves. It also gets a lot of sunlight in the evenings.

The flat is located on Wallace street directly across from Tesco and is about a 7 minute walk to the train station. It is also less than 5 minutes walk from the cowane centre bus stop, which is a stop for the unilink, making it very convenient to get to the university.

Looking for a flatmate that is clean and respectful.
