We are a friendly, easy-going couple looking for a special tenant to share our peaceful home in Tullibody.

Over the years, many people who have lived with us have told us that our home feels a bit like an oasis. It’s calm, welcoming and full of kindness. We love good food, good conversation and creating a space where people feel comfortable and able to relax after a busy day.

The room overlooks the beautiful Ochil Hills. It is bright, comfortable and peaceful. You would share the bathroom with one other tenant who is lovely, quiet, tidy and respectful.

Our home itself is spacious, tidy and relaxed, with all the usual amenities including a large American fridge (shared with the other tenant.)

Everyone values their own privacy, but we also enjoy a friendly atmosphere in the house. We like cooking, watching vintage films, classic comedies and the occasional episode of MasterChef.

We also have cats, so being a cat lover is essential - because our cats will definitely want to love you!

The house is located in the quiet village of Tullibody, with a Co-op, chemist and health centre and other local amenities nearby. It is very well situated for travel:

• 10 minutes to Stirling
• 7 minutes to Alloa (train links to Glasgow and Stirling)
• Easy access to supermarkets and local shops

It is also a 7 minute drive to The Peak leisure centre, Vue Cinema, and several coffee shops (and a Tim Horton's... If you've ever been to Canada, you know what I'm talking about! 😂)

We are hoping to find someone who is kind, considerate, tidy and easy to live with, someone who values a peaceful home and understands the importance of living harmoniously with others. A sense of humour is always welcome, and if you enjoy good food and the occasional shared meal, that’s a lovely bonus.

Ideally we would like someone to stay for at least six months, although the tenancy itself is a rolling month-to-month agreement.
