Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take a room in the flat I'm staying, located near Tesco in Stirling. The flat will be available from the 1st of January.

I’m ideally looking for a student who has either a part-time job, a UK-based guarantor, or the financial capacity to pay 6 months' rent upfront (as required by the agency). Rent is £350 per month, excluding bills.

I'm tidy and clean and enjoy sometimes having a chat but I also like my personal space. I'm fine with everyone as long as they are tidy, clean and respectful.
