Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my home.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with built-in hanging space and a large shelved cupboard, with space to add either a desk or a chest of drawers depending on what you'd find most useful.
The house has a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including an air fryer), and a shared bathroom. There's also a spare room that I use as a study, and you're very welcome to use the desk if you ever need a quiet space to work or study.
Outside, there's a well-maintained garden with decking and a cosy outdoor living shed with a wood burner – perfect for relaxing.
I also have a friendly, cuddly and energetic dog, so you'll need to be a dog lover!
A little about me: I'm friendly, easy-going and enjoy quiet evenings during the week. At weekends you'll usually find me out exploring, walking the dog, gardening or working on a crafty project. During the week I am at work, I am a teacher.
The room is available now for £550 per month, with all bills included. There's parking available, a bus on same street as house, and it's around a 30-minute walk into Stirling city centre.
