A spacious room in a quiet family home.. Although in the centre and 5 mins walk to the railway station, the house and garden are quiet and private.
Shared space is large kitchen ( fully equipped), living room with woodburning stove (house has central heating too so no need to be alarmed!), and garden . The guest bedroom which does have a shower room next to it -- sole use, is fully furnished (kingsize bed) and has 2 large storage cupboards built in. You would be sharing the house with myself and I have a dog who's home it is too.. he’s easy but you’d have to be okay with dogs I guess.
Ideally you would happily slot into how we live and not be a party animal. relaxed with a level of maturity too..
All the usual kit you’d expect in a family home - fast broadband, tv (with Netflix, Spotify etc) washing machine - no tumble drier but clothes line in garden for fine weather and pulley in family bathroom when not!
