Hi! I’m moving out before May 1st and looking for someone to take over my room for two months (May & June). The rent is €450 per month, and bills are usually around £50–60, never higher.

You would be sharing the flat with one other female flatmate (22), who has just finished university. I’m moving out because I’m going back home, and we’re looking for someone friendly and tidy to sublet the room.

After June, the whole flat will become available, as my flatmate is also moving out. If you’re interested in staying longer, this could be arranged directly with the landlord.
