Hi, I’m advertising for a 5 bed houseshare in Fallowfield which is just off of Wilmslow road next to Platt Fields Park and is about 5mins from the nearest bus stop which takes you directly to the Manchester Metropolitan All Saints Campus.

At the moment, there is 1 girl and 3 boys, preference to another female housemate but we are not fussy as long as you have a good personality and have good chat. One of us is a smoker but the rest are non smokers. We are all good to go on a night out but sometimes are happy to just chill and do things as a household and have chill nights in.

The room we are advertising is on the top floor (next to me :)) and is a nice cosy L-shaped room with space for a double bed and has a skylight which is a nice touch. It has the generic furniture such as your wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The house has two toilets, a shower and a bath as well as a kitchen, lounge, basement and a garden which we all plan on making tidy and cosy :). If you are unhappy with the room, I am willing to give another option of my room which is based on the same floor (three floors). The pictures are taken from when the previous tenants were living there. We are currently struggling to get any updated photos but there is a possibility of getting some if you require more.

Two of us (males) are studying Photography and another (male) is studying Music. I am studying International Relations and French. All at MMU. Preference for another student.
