Hello, we are a queer friendly group of 3 girls looking for a fourth person to rent our new house in the Fallowfield/Withington area! The house is 475 a month with bills not included, council tax C. We are looking for preferably a postgrad or third year student, but open to young professionals too! We are a pretty chill and artsy group, so love staying in, watching films, having dinner parties, etc. The contract begins on the 1st of June, but if needed can be pushed back to later June to align with move out dates.
