Holcombe road, M14, is a 6 person shared house. I am currently contracted and I am looking for someone to take on this contract directly, replacing my position in the tenancy agreement. I am not looking to sublet. You would be free to move in from when you have officially agreed to the tenancy. I have paid the first of the 3 payment installments for the house, which covers my/your place until the next payment on the 29/09/26, and would need to be paid back for that, minus the cost of each day passed since the contracted started on 04/07/26. All utilities are included in the rent other than gas and electricity. As a student tenant, there is no council tax but you must apply for it through the uni and then upload the certificate onto the Student Cribs portal. There is no provided insurance. There is no minimum stay as you can leave the contract whenever (before there is 6 months left on it) granted you find a suitable replacement. Feel free to email or call with enquires.
