Hi, i'm finishing university middle of May so i'll be moving back home for the summer however my tenancy is until the 28th August and it feels such a waste to carry on paying rent for a room and house I won't even be living in which is why i'm looking for someone to take over who could actually use the room:) You’ll have the option from the landlord to extend the tenancy after the 28th August if you’d like to!! The house is in a great location loads of shops, main bus stops and routes to get to university and city centre, pubs and bars within very close proximity! The room is very spacious, its bills included as well which is great and rent is cheap and affordable! It's an all girls house meaning a girl would have to take over the tenancy. The photos I have added are photos of the room right now, and photos from the landlord, photos of the kitchen and bathroom, in the kitchen there is a microwave as well. There is a living room as well which has a great TV, if you'd like to know anything else just get in contact:)
