Sadly two of our housemates are dropping out of uni and so we need to find replacement tenants. We are all going to be first years when we move into the house (we all did foundation art or history and politics). Really nice house and we promise we are nice people too. Message me to get in touch :)

This gorgeous house is only 24 minutes away from University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University via bus, with a bus stop just down the road, doesnt get easier than that. This modern home is only 7 minutes away from local restaurants and supermarkets like Nando’s and Sainsbury’s, with a bar and pub also on the same road. Further up Wilmslow Road you’ll find numerous takeaways, perfect for those lazy days where cooking seems impossible. You can reach Manchester city centre within half an hour, with both regular buses and trains as Mauldeth Road Station is just a 10 minute walk. Manchester has one of the best shopping experiences, so make sure to take full advantage and visit some of your favourite stores before having a meal at Turtle Bay or Las Iguanas, that’s a great day out sorted. Clubbing favourite Tiger Tiger is 35 minutes via bus, while Gorilla is 26 minutes, so you and your mates can always be sure to have a good time.
