I am moving out at the end of August and I need to find a replacement tenant from September.
This is a lovely, recently renovated ground floor flat with patio and parking access located just off Egerton road. The room has a double bed, a desk and wardrobe. Also the house is fully equipped with a hoover, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc.
We're looking for a sound guy/girl, preferably a student who is tidy and sociable. It is a 2 person flat with 1 bathroom so you'll be seeing each other a lot, but my housemate is lovely and you'll get on easily. He's pretty funny and likes to play football and go to the pub!
Preferably a student but not excluding anyone
