Hi, we are looking for a person to fill a spot in our lovely 7 bedroom uni house for next year! We urgently need someone as the housing realtors have set us a deadline for next weekend to fill the spot that opened up last minute. We are 6 girls studying at UoM in a rage of degrees. We like a night out but aren't too crazy and our looking forward to the fun, family vibes of living together next year. Looking for an easygoing, clean person to fill this spot and join the family.
The rent is 165ppw with a £700 deposit. We have secured half rent for the month of July meaning we cant occupy it until August. The tenancy is 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. All bills included
The house has all double bedrooms, a big back garden, parking, a living room and a kitchen/dining room combo.
We have 3 and a half bathrooms (3 full bathrooms and a toilet room)
