Hi All,

I am looking for a replacement tenant in a shared house in Rusholme. The address is 3 Wallace Avenue. It’s. 25 min walk to campus and a 5-10 min cycle. It’s £706.33 a month with all bills included, and you would be living with three medicine students, all 19-20.

They’re great guys, love going for a hike, night out but also a chill night in, and much more. They’re great to live with and are clean and considerate housemates, and are really friendly and welcoming. We would be looking someone for the full academic year.
