Hi, I am moving out of this house in July. The current other 3 occupants are 2 girls and 1 boy, in which they are all lovely and fun. The tenant replacing me must be a student per the landlord's request for council tax stuff. 4 Rooms, shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. One bathroom which includes a bath and shower - however there is another just shower room. Property also has a little garden in the back.
More than happy for all of us to meet with the person prior to moving in to make sure you get along with the other 3!
