Hi, I am looking for someone to takeover my room in a flat. The lease is from February 2026 to June 2026. Urgently need this room taken, so happy to negotiate discounts as well :)
It is a flat in the heart of Fallowfield (1 min walk to Sainsbury’s and a 20min bus ride into town). It is shared with 3 other flat mates who are tidy and chill, all studying at uni. I will be leaving the room as my circumstances have changed and need this taken ASAP. It is £600 a month rent.
The flat is fully furnished with a bed, desk and drawers in the room. The shared spaces also have couches, a TV and a dining table. I am happy to leave some of my stuff here including duvet, mirror and lamps.
