Greetings, my name is Luke, I am currently a finance student graduating in July, my flatmate is leaving manchester after graduation and I need a new tenant to enter to enter into a joint agreement with myself.

The Rent is £540 PCM. I am the bill payer so you will send me half each month. As an estimate this is usually around £90 per month. I am on good terms with the landlord so any issues in terms of maintence or anything else are easy to resolve.

Personally I enjoy history, politics, chess, reading, writing, films, TV, wine, cooking etcetera. I enjoy spending time with my flat mate but also need my own space too.

I'm a bit of a neat freak (Excluding when I'm hungover) so I am looking for someone who is tidy and values a clean home.

I am quiet and respectful, looking for a flatmate who will return the sentiment
