Good sized sunny room available in single parent family home. We are looking for someone who is environmentally conscious , meat free and able to be tidy and quiet. Our family consists of myself and my 2 boys who are 16and 18, and 1 cat. There is a toilet and shower with the room ( not ensuite) and a big sunny garden. It's 2 minutes from Penmere train station, 15 minutes walk into town and 10 minutes to Swan pool beach. We are a creative family who enjoy nature, good food and caring for our environment, both locally and globally. The mornings can be noisy getting everyone up and ready for school and work so a light sleeper wouldn't suit us!
We really are looking for someone who considers their impact on the environment in all aspects of life, from water usage to personal hygiene products, toothpaste etc!
