The house is in a quiet, elevated location, in the coastal village of Flushing, not near any busy roads. Flushing beach is only 15 minutes walk. There are 2 pubs, a restaurant, great coastal walks, and bus or ferry service over to Falmouth/Penryn.

The room has a single bed, built in storage shelves and desk, with fantastic views over the Penryn river, west, towards Falmouth and Penryn. Sunsets are spectacular. The semi-detached house has a good sized garden, with the occasional deer and fox strolling through.

Both student lodgers have use of the shared open-plan kitchen/dining room for cooking and eating, and the bathroom, with wc. and shower. The landlord ( who spends time away) has a separate sitting room, to retain some privacy.

Looking for an amenable person, car useful, but not essential. 10 mins. drive to Penryn.
Public transport; (bus no. 69 from Falmouth & Penryn, to Flushing village and back, last bus back at 5.30 pm. (bus stop only 3 mins. walk from house).
