Hello :) We’re a house of 5 falmouth uni students looking for 1 other person to fill a double room until the end of the academic year. Our contract ends July 1st. Price is £466 plus bills. The room is available immediately.
The property is less than a 10 minute walk to Falmouth campus and 15 minutes from gylly beach.
We’re a mixed creative house with 2 film students, 2 photographers and an interior designer. Three of us are finishing 3rd year and two of us are in 2nd year. Everyone is friendly. We love music and are all very chill.
The house is big and spacious, we have nice communal spaces. Including an outbuilding in the back garden.
We'd like to meet up with anyone interested and give you a tour.
