Furnished Double Room to Rent in Falmouth – £500pcm Including Bills

I have a furnished double room available in my flat in Falmouth, ideal for someone looking for a comfortable place to stay on a short-term basis.

The room comes with a double bed and chest of drawers, with access to a shared bathroom and the rest of the flat.

A little about the arrangement:

* £500 per month, including bills
* Furnished double bedroom
* Shared bathroom
* Living with myself
* Minimum stay of 3 months, maximum stay of 6 months

Due to the size of the property, I’m only looking for a short-term lodger. The flat is best suited to someone looking for a comfortable base for a few months rather than a long-term home.

I’m up early for the gym around 6:30am and usually play golf on Saturdays, so I have a fairly active routine. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger who would appreciate a relaxed and tidy home.

If you’re interested or would like to arrange a viewing, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself and when you’re looking to move in.
