Hi there we've got a room coming available soon in our house for £560/month (bills included and furnished) - photo makes it look smaller so don’t be put off by that. The contract would be June 1st 2026- May 31st 2027
Located in central Falmouth, the house has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, as well as (usually) having parking on the road outside, you will be sharing a bathroom with two boys who are both tidy.
The room is quite small but has doors which lead onto a patio and a double bed, perfect if you don’t spend much time in your room (it is cosy if you do)
A bit about us:
• We're a mix of second year art and business students who all work, so the house is fairly quiet during the week
• We're pretty social, but also respectful of each other's space when needed.
• Ideally looking for undergraduates 1st/2nd year who graduate 2027 or are willing to move out 2027 as our landlord would like the house back.
