Recently renovated townhouse near to Falmouth town centre. Large spacious double bedroom, fully furnished. The house comprises of a downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Bathroom located in the middle on a separate floor. All the normal facilities and mod cons, full fibre WiFi, washing machine etc, all bedding and linen included. Local parking.
I've spent the last 5 years renovating this house to become my home. I love the garden and wildlife and I'm looking for a quite clean and considerate lodger. No home workers unfortunately. I am looking for a short term lodger with a term of upto 6 months available.
I work as a freelance ecologists and handyman. I'm sometime away for extended periods. I like cycling, surfing and the gym.
