Large double room in a two bed flat,

Shared Kitchen and bathroom,

Gas stove.

Great pressure hot shower.

Bills are minimal because the flat is a modern build with excellent insulation, requiring little heating during most of the winter. Even in the coldest months, we only used the heating for about half an hour each night, and it stayed warm.

Only the bed and the mattress are in the room currently.
