Large room available from the beginning of May for single occupancy. 5 minutes from town and the train station, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes walk to Woodlane campus.
Currently we have two mature PhD students in the house but one of them is leaving and we have a new MA student arriving in July. The house is not a party house, but sociable and friendly none the less. The house is heated by an air source heat pump which means that it is continually warm and cosy.
You will share a shower room with the second lodger only, and have shared access to kitchen, sitting room and garden.
There is off street parking for a small car.
If you are not a full-time student there will be an additional council tax charge of £65 per month.
