Large room available from early September for single occupancy. 2 minutes walk to Woodlane campus, 5 minutes from town and the train station, 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Currently we have one mature PhD student and one MA student in the house. The house is not a party house, but sociable and friendly none the less. The house is heated by an air source heat pump which means that it is continually warm and cosy.

You will share a shower room with the second lodger only, and have shared access to kitchen, sitting room and garden.

There is off street parking for a small car.

If you are not a full-time student there will be an additional council tax charge of £35 per month.
