Full time student or full time professional non smoker - female preferred. Sorry no couples or pets. Comfy quiet place rather than a party house.
I WFH about 2 days a week so looking for someone who would only WFH part time. I am away fairly often so plenty of chance for peace and privacy - ideal if you crave your own space but cant quite stretch to it.

Gas central heating (not on in Spring/ summer as it’s warm without it), double glazing, washing machine, dishwasher, dehumidifier /washing line in garden for laundry, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer.
Some garage space may be agreed.
I'm veggie so prefer someone who won’t cook loads of meat. I’m keen on nature, recycling / minimising waste so willingness there would be good. I like running, sea swimming, diving, walking and paddle boarding.
Available for 1 month minimum then on a rolling monthly agreement - no set minimum / maximum.
