Hey! We have a double room available in a lovely 3 bed cornish cottage from Jan-Jul 2026. The house is furnished, has a wood burning stove and cute garden. Its 2 mins from the train station and 5 mins to the beach!

Current flat mates are both professionals who graduated from Sustainability related masters at Penryn last year. Both of us are social, friendly and like a mix of crafting at home, trips to the pub quiz and outdoor adventures (surfing, windsurfing, bouldering etc) although we do these with more enthusiasm than skill a lot of the time :)
We’re both keen cooks, like having folks over for dinner and friends to stay in the house so would suit someone laid back and social who would be very welcome to join in! We also really like keeping a lovely relaxed and clean vibe in the house so it’s a nice space for everyone to be in.

The house is currently on the market so we have a 6 month contract until end June, which will then be rolling. The rent is £433 and bills will be approx £150 (less in summer) inc energy/water/wifi/council tax/tv license.

Very keen to meet folks in person in the next week of so before Christmas so do give us a bell if you might be keen :)
