We have a large double room and a large single room available in a friendly house share in a central Falmouth location. £500 each.

Perfect for two friends, a couple looking to rent together and have a spare room, or two individuals needing a room each.

My partner and I currently live here with two other flatmates but are looking to move out into our own flat within the next month or two.

The contract on both rooms is until the end of June 2026.

- Location: 2 mins from Kimberley Park, 10 mins to town, 15 mins to Gylly
- Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, an office, a full bathroom w/ bath + shower, a toilet room, a shared cosy living room, a kitchen with gas stove + oven + microwave, a dining room, and a garden with (uncovered) space to store kayaks, paddelboards, bikes, surfboards etc.
- The rooms: 1 spacious double room with desk, double bed, shelves, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The single bedroom is big for a single, comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and extra shelves. Next to the double bedroom there is also another small room which we have been using as an office (this is a communal room but the other housemates don't really use it)
