Hi! I’m moving out of my room at the end of May and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
The room is lovely, bright and spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a nice view of the street. It’s a really welcoming space and a great place to live.
The house is in a fantastic location in Falmouth only about a 5-minute walk to town, so you’re very close to shops, cafés and everything you need. There’s also a bus stop just a couple of minutes away, which makes getting around really easy.
The house has great amenities including:

• Washer and dryer
• Dishwasher
• Gravel terrace garden
• On-street parking
The landlord is also very helpful and communicative.
Rent is £625 per month (bills included). On Kiligrew street!
