This is a cheerful, well-furnished room, with a green outlook. There is generous storage, 4ft bed and a TV. We share the use of the well supplied kitchen/dining area inclusive of laundry. There is an extra WC with basin downstairs. The living room can be used during my times of travel. All bills included.
The house is located in a quiet green area. It has a private, peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
There is a 10min walk to the beach, 20min to the town centre and near all public transport inc. e-bikes. Shops 2min away.
Although I live in, I often travel in my camper or go off camping locally. I am looking for someone who will be care for the house during these times.
The situation best suits working/professional person or a mature Master's student. I am happy to discuss any aspect of the rental.
