This is a well-furnished room with generous storage space, 4ft bed, TV and a green outlook. We share the use of a well equipped kitchen/dining area inclusive of laundry. There is a WC with basin downstairs. The living room is my private space, however it can be used when I'm away. All bills are included.
It is a peaceful house is located in a quiet green area within a friendly neighbourhood. There is a 10min walk to the beach, 20min to the town centre and near all public transport inc. e-bikes. Shops are 2min away.
As a live-in landlord and retired, I have a active life inc. campervan travel, local camps, fitness training, walking, craft/art. I prefer being outdoors! I am interested in people yet respect the rental privacy as someone's home.
