We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going female housemate to join the two female housemates already living here (one master’s student and one PhD student). The house is in a great location — a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood just a 5-minute walk from Penmere train station and a 15–20 minute walk into town (The Moor). The garden has a beautiful stream that leads up into Tregoniggie Woods or down into Swanpool Nature Reserve and beach. It’s especially lovely in spring, and the patio is a real sun trap in summer.

The available room is a bright and spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, drawers, and a comfy king-size bed.

The rest of the house includes:

A large, cosy living room with two comfy sofas and a TV

A dining room overlooking the garden (also a great work-from-home space)

A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the patio

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, plus separate toilet and shower rooms

The garden and patio are free to enjoy, complete with outdoor table, BBQ, and a peaceful stream at the bottom — a lovely nature-filled spot to unwind.
