Room available from January 2026 in our bungalow while my older son is away at uni elsewhere. The room contains a small double bed and some storage (no wardrobe though) Not en-suite but we have 2 bathrooms and a WC to share between us. Would suit someone who has a similar schedule to us- up at 6/7am and quiet by 10pm - who is tidy and considerate and 'on it' with kitchen cleanliness and recycling.
Help with doggy day care much appreciated during office hours. I'd consider reducing rent in return for doggy day care.
All bills included, space for car on drive and bikes/boards in garage.
Garden and greenhouse available for growing veggies is you wish. Both in need of TLC.
