I am a live-out landlord, but on call whenever needed.

Looking for two clean, tidy, friendly and respectful people to look after my home for six months. Working professionals, ideally 25 or above.

No smokers, please. Road parking with steps down into the property. Bills included. Gas heating. Bus stop 2-min walk away. Asda 5-min walk away. University 15-min walk away. Ideal for anyone working at Exeter/Penryn campus.
