Double room in a house a five-minute walk from the beach/shops and 15 minutes from the M27.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with parking on the driveway. There is a large kitchen, two reception rooms and a peaceful garden.
The room has a king-size bed with storage underneath and two double wardrobes. A desk can be provided if needed.
You would be sharing the facilities with the live-in owner. I’m a quiet living driving instructor and I’m usually out 2-3 evenings a week. I’m looking for a lodger who does not work from home.
All bills are included.
The house is located in Lee-on-the-Solent, a ten-minute drive from Fareham and 20 minutes from Portsmouth. A reference is required from a previous landlord or employer.
The room is available for occupancy from Monday morning until Friday morning but you can leave your stuff in it all week.
