Lovely furnished room in the centre of Warsash, 5 minutes walk from the river, pubs and shops.

My partner and I are taking v early retirement next year so will only be here a few times a month. Currently we go to our caravan in Devon most weekends from Thursday until Monday so are only here weekdays and really want someone who is clean and tidy and will take care of the house. I have air conditioning and a beautiful garden and off street parking. Would ideally suit someone who wants a quiet, calm home.
