The room is 3.5m x 2.3m plus ample built in storage on top of that. Id say its a pretty decent amount of space for a single room, You could almost swing a cat in there if you were careful.
Located in Hanworth near “Apex Corner” there is good access to some shops, takeaways and the big Sainsbury's all within walking distance. Various buses, 285, 490 , 111 and more. Hampton station is just about walkable. Busses to Heathrow. Also some nice green spaces in the area too. Female flatmate would be good to keep the balance. Though all are welcome.
