I am looking for a female (to help balance out the house) to take over my room from the 27th May as I am looking to move closer to work.
It’s a large spacious double room situated on the ground floor. Rent is £650 per month, council tax approx £50 pm and we currently have an all inclusive bills package which is £68.10 pm (total £768 pm!). The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total.
This property is just off Gloucester Road, close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and is only 30 mins from the city centre (by bus) or 15 min drive.
The property does have plenty of off-street parking on the opposite roads.
