I’m looking for a female identifying or non-binary person to move into the other room in a 2 bed flat. I have a dog called Homer who spends most of his time here. We’re both a little shy at first and but looking to make new friends!

The room is partially furnished at the minute. I am looking for a bed on fb marketplace. But if you’re looking for unfurnished we can get rid of what’s in there currently.

We have a designated parking space(which I don’t use) and a garage, so lots of extra storage, and a brand new washing machine. It’s a first floor flat, above garages and otherwise fully detached.

Less than 5 min walk to shops, bus to top of Gloucester Road takes 10 mins, near stoke park and Filton Abbey Wood train station.

Must be vetted by letting agent unfortunately. Council tax £106 per month.
