We're looking for a respectful, friendly housemate to join our home. This is a spacious, south-facing room with plenty of natural light throughout the day and built-in wardrobes offering excellent storage.
 
The house has four rooms in total, but only three are used as bedrooms, one as an office, meaning you'll only be sharing with two other housemates. The property benefits from:

The house originally came unfurnished (apart from white goods), so we've gradually made it a comfortable home. We share a washer, dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with a fully equipped kitchen that has pretty much everything you could need.

About Us
You'll be living with:
Manuela (myself), female, 25-year-old Urban Designer, I am very active and enjoy weightlifting, reformer Pilates, yoga and surfing! I love a good murder mystery book, knitting, baking and animals!

And Nathan, male, 26-year-old mature student in his final year of Product Design and works part time as a barista, he enjoys weightlifting, coffee, going out for drinks and cooking
 
We met each other at uni and have been friends and living together for a few years now :) We're both very easy-going and keep the house clean, respectful and calm. During the week everyone tends to do their own thing, I work from home twice a week and the house is generally very quiet. We go to the gym together in the evenings and occasionally spend weekends watching shows, playing card games or heading to the local pub for a drink.
We also have a small dog living with us. Louis is a very friendly 13-year-old Shih Tzu, he doesn't shed any hair and mostly spends his days sleeping in my room. We would expect our housemate to be comfortable living with and liking dogs.
 
We're ideally looking for a professional, although students will also be considered.
