5-minute bus ride to Finchley Central tube (Zone 4), Northern Line (20 mins to West End). Nearby bus routes: 143 (Archway/Brent Cross), 382 (Southgate/Millbrook Pk) – both on the same street as the flat; 232 and 112 on North Circular Road (7 mins walk); 263 (Barnet/Highbury Barn).

Arts Depot in North Finchley; Vue Cinema, Wagamama, McDonald's, Nando's – in nearby Leisure Centre (10 mins walk).

Victoria Park (sizeable, with tennis courts) – 5 mins; Glebelands & Coppett's Wood Reserves – 10 mins. Dollis Valley Greenwalk, a large river basin with extensive woodland and farmland – 20 mins walk.

Previous long-term flatmate (6 years) available for reference. I'm well-travelled and open to international tenants (I speak some rusty French and Spanish).
