It's a relaxed, quiet, modern and well-maintained flat in a great location for transport. We don't have a lounge. You’d be sharing the flat with a girl (registered carer) and a guy (handyman/food photograher).

Rent is £875.00 per month and includes all bills (Council tax, internet and utilities). Excellent transport links to central London via Tube and buses; 13, 125, 143, 382, 460 and SL10 Superloop.

The flat is conveniently located for; Hampstead, Victoria Park (5 minutes), Golders Hill Park, Brent Cross and West Hampstead. A big Tesco is just 2 minutes’ walk and Sainsburys Local and Little Waitrose are 3 minutes walk. A large Waitrose is just a 2 minute bus ride away.
