I have a small, warm double room in a spacious flat available to rent about 12 minutes' walk from Finchley Central station.

Bus routes 143 and 232 are very close and there is a PureGym nearby.

The whole flat was refurbished a few years ago. The bedroom is fully furnished with a *small* double bed (there is plenty of storage space under the bed) and wardrobes. There are also storage cupboards outside where you would be able to keep a bicycle. There's also plenty of on-road parking and green space surrounding the building.

My ideal flatmate would be someone who works from home 1 day/week maximum.

I'm looking for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room. My ideal flatmate would be respectful, friendly, clean and tidy. It would be great to find someone who likes sharing the occasional drink or meal - but equally I like my own space.

I currently work from home most of the time, and go into the office once or twice a week.

Other than gas/electric, all bills are included in the rent (water, internet, Netflix and council tax). Gas/electric currently works out at about £60/month.
